SRL-EXT was designed specifically for the SHOEI NXR2 helmet. The shape of the SRL-EXT main module and external battery is curved to fit the surface of the NXR2. Users have the option of mounting the SRL-EXT with a clip or adhesive mount. The SRL-EXT main module mounts on the left side of the helmet and the external battery on the right side.

The SRL-EXT's speakers and microphone were crafted in collaboration with the audio experts at Harman Kardon to provide first-class sound inside your SHOEI helmet. Expertly crafted speakers and a brand new microphone allow the SRL-EXT to deliver an unprecedented audio experience. The audio transmitted from the speakers arrives clear and crisp; and the microphone, thanks to a specially designed sensor, guarantees solid performance. Users can choose whether to use the boom or wire microphone. Experience the sound of Harman Kardon in your SHOEI NXR2 with SRL-EXT.

SRL-EXT offers both Mesh Intercom™ and traditional 4-way Bluetooth Intercom, allowing connection to any Sena or powered by Sena device. The Mesh Intercom™ communication platform has two modes: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom™ (Open Mesh) and Group Mesh Intercom™.

Open Mesh is the industry's first Mesh Intercom™ channel system. Like standard handheld or CB radios, Open Mesh allows riders to change between nine channels. With Open Mesh you simply press a button to connect to the Mesh Intercom™ network and supports a virtually unlimited number of users within a range of up to 8 km (min. 6 pilots at 1.6 km intervals).

Group Mesh supports a single private group of up to 24 participants and with the same reach as Open Mesh with the difference that only invited users can join the Group Mesh chat. Open Mesh and Group Mesh provide unprecedented audio quality and robust connectivity.

With voice commands you can control the functions of the SRL-EXT system, such as answering the phone or starting a Group Mesh session. SRL-EXT supports voice commands in eight languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.

Do you want to stop to eat? “Hey Google, directions to the nearest rest area.” The SRL-EXT can connect to Google Assistant and Apple's Siri with a simple voice command allowing you to take advantage of your smartphone's functions, including GPS navigation, music playback, voice dialing and a variety of other options.

The Sena Motorcycles App offers users a way to visually configure their device settings. Download the application to customize various settings and features, including the ability to manage channel settings for Open Mesh remotely or set up a private group for Group Mesh. Delivery times are very fast: 72/96 working hours from the date of fulfillment for deliveries throughout Italy. For small islands it may take 5-7 business days. For foreign shipments, delivery times are approximately 6/10 working days.

The orders received after 16 pm are shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

N.B: If the product is not on stock the company reserves from 12 to 15 days for the completion of the order.

DELIVERY METHODS

At a time when the order is delivered to the courier you will receive an email containing a link to verify the location of your package by taking charge of the courier until actual delivery. The tracking service is available from 20:00 pms of the departure day of your order.

For safety reasons, the courier needs a your signature or that of your partner, before you deliver the order.
To facilitate delivery, it is very important to provide an address where there is always someone from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. It 'also recommended to provide a telephone number that could be used by the carrier, if it has trouble delivering your order.
You are rarely at home? While placing an order, you have the option to choose a different delivery address. In this case, it is very useful to deliver your order in your workplace or in a friend's shop, or a hold for pickup at the nearest point of the courier to your area.

MISSED DELIVERY

In case of non-delivery for the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will contact you by phone from 18.00 to 20.00 to arrange a delivery appointment. You can specify a date and if the driver will have to go in the morning or afternoon.
If these are not performing delivery even on the day agreed in the absence of the recipient, the package will be in stock and we will ourselves to contact you to schedule a new delivery without additional costs.
The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to you at the address specified in the order form. Upon delivery it is good to follow some simple steps:
carefully check that the package is not damaged or otherwise altered;
check that the number of parts is the same as indicated in the transport document;
In the event that you were to suspect that the package has been tampered with, you have to accept the package asking the carrier to indicate the words "With subject to control" in the transport document. Immediately contact us and we will solve the problem with you.
It's obligatory to insert a valid mobile number for any communications.

RETURN WITHOUT PROBLEMS

No problem! You can make the request for a size change by logging in and filling in the return request indicating the desired size change or by contacting us by email at info@mgmotostore.com or by phone at 091325241. You can change with another item by making a payment additional in case of price difference. In case we do not have the required size we will contact you as soon as possible to find together the right article for you!

What are the costs for the size change?

To make the size change, the only cost you will have to incur is the one for the return shipment (you can use the courier of your choice) when the item is delivered to us, we will send you the size change for free!
